CONEM’s intends to enable out of school youths with practical skills in metal fabrication, carpentry, mechanics, wielding, electronics and Arts & Crafts as a means to improved livelihood. Majority of the Youth in the Elgon region are literate yet lack practical applicability of their knowledge hence succumbing to social immorality. It is therefore imperative that the government and concerned stakeholders restructure the vocational and training centers for the youths.
